This Napili Bay Maui vacation rental studio condo is Unit #112, located on the ground floor of the Napili Bay Resort - just 40 feet from the beach. The condo sleeps up to four people on a king-size bed and a queen-size sofa sleeper. From the private lanai, you have both an ocean view and a garden view. Beach access is just a few yards away thru the Napili Bay gate.
The kitchen features recently updated stainless steel stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, cabinets and granite countertops. There are plenty of utensils and cookware and a coffeepot and blender. We also furnish linens and towels. There is an eating table with chairs but we find that most people prefer to sit out on the lanai to eat while they watch and listen to the waves roll in.
The remodeled bathroom has a tiled shower featuring a rain shower head, along with full bath towel sets, bed linens, and a hair curler and blow-dryer. There are on-site coin laundry facilities and we provide an ironing board and iron.
There is a ceiling fan, a 40" flat screen TV with cable and a DVD player. Free wireless internet access is available and we provide location information guides and books. We also provide beach chairs, beach towels and a boogie board. A wonderful on-site BBQ area available for use with gas grills, picnic tables and night lighting. Free parking is available on-site. This condo (and all of the others located here) is a non-smoking unit; this includes the lanai. Please only smoke in the designated area near the BBQ grills, and not on walkways or near the buildings. There is a Snorkel Bob’s within walking distance where you can rent water equipment and a Napili General Store to pick up food and other beach items.
